Career Evolutions is looking for a Systems Administrator for a fast-growing health-wellness company headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. This is a FT, Direct-Hire opportunity with a compensation up to $65K/Annual + Benefits.

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for all aspects of Systems Administration including servers, desktop systems, hardware/software, surveillance systems and AV equipment. Also ensuring systems are running smoothly and upgrades systems to provide maximum performance, stability and security.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for escalated application issues, managing domain controllers, firewalls, file servers, anti-virus servers, Windows group policy settings, phone systems, architecting Windows Active Directory etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to software for clinics and corporate including, but not limited to, Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office Suite, POS system, Adobe suite, etc.
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with the application owners and developers to implement those fixes
Optimize system performance by monitoring usage & performance, troubleshooting problems & outages, scheduling upgrades
Resolve issues within the POS software and support franchisees within the capabilities of the software using customer service and communication skills
Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure that systems support the organization's business requirements and meet the needs of end users.
Provide Service Desk escalation support in timely manner
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent background
5-7 years of experience in core Systems Engineer responsibilities
Experience in Active Directory administration and other Windows Server technologies (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management, DFS, TCP/IP, Clustering, PKI)
Experience in architecting and building new environments following the best practices in systems engineering/administration
Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac server & client operating systems
Advanced in Provisioning and Deploying physical and virtual server systems (Hyper-V & VMware)
Experience with iOS device management (PLUS)
Microsoft & Comptia Certifications (PLUS)
