CLIENT PARTNER PROFILE & VALUE PROPOSITION: Innovative world leader in medical diagnostic imaging equipment is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the AP team in the corporate Tustin, CA headquarter. Be a part of a dynamic team and work in an environment that fosters work life balance.

POSITION: Accounts Payable Specialist (long-term with benefits)

POSITION DUTIES AND OVERVIEW:

•Full cycle AP processing
•Manage supplier set up
•Process check runs, sorting invoices/mail
•Answer vendor and A/P processing questions
•Handle credit card questions
 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

•3-5 years AP background, high volume
•Full cycle experience from coding to check runs
•Oracle Experience A Must
•Concur knowledge helpful

This is a long term position with benefits after 3 months (including health insurance/vacation accrual and Holiday pay). Salary range $22-24/hr.
