Job Summary:

To assist and maintain Procurement & Logistics team with ISO management requirements and any other general clerical supports. Ensures data accuracy, logging filing documentations, managing schedules and assisting with communication within the team, between departments and suppliers.

Job Description:

This position requires multi-tasking abilities and that work under pressure. Main job descriptions can be detailed below includes but not limited to:

·         Follows up and resolves order and billing discrepancies in coordination with Accounting, Procurement Specialists and Warehouse.

·         Coordinates and participates in ISO internal audit as requested.

·         Assist to prepare and maintain P&L team’s ISO management documentations when needed, be able to complete the task alone.

·         Maintains procurement library to include all paper/computer files and all procurement history files.

·         Scanning, filing and administration of all purchase orders and other ISO management documentations.

·         Stationery requests and raising of stationary purchase orders

·         Monthly Expensive Report

Skills Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to learn new processes and subjects.

• Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Intermediate user with Microsoft Office Software, Adobe PDF with editing function.
