Ardon Health is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager II act as the single point of accountability to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of assigned projects that are moderate and/or large in scope to ensure that the goals and objectives are accomplished with high quality, within established timeframes and budget, and meet and/or exceed customer and/or business expectations/needs.

Primary Functions:
1.    Manages projects medium/large in size with an average/high level of complexity with minimal supervision.
2.    Supports day-to-day PMO operational processes and activities including intake, sizing, implementation, change control, and business case tracking
3.    Engage stakeholders and establish communication protocols
4.    Oversee and control any external resources contracted to the project.
5.    Plan, schedule and track projects.  Estimate cost and define scope 
6.    Continually identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks.
7.    Implement "rightsized" project management processes.
8.    Measure and track project metrics
9.    Develop business cases and facilitate ROI discussions
10.    Collaborate with teammates to identify project requirements to the necessary level for planning and scheduling purposes.
11.    Prioritize project tasks, measure trade-offs between on-time, on-scope or on-budget delivery.
12.    Execute project scheduling, leveraging automated tools
13.    Sufficient communication and organization skills to implement a formal communications plan.
14.    Monitor projects for risks, develop mitigation plans.
15.    Facilitate conflict and issue resolution, if needed, to maintain project momentum
16.    Complies with the company’s Human Resources policies, Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and all department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company, employee, and customer information; attending work punctually and regularly; and adhering to good safety practices in all activities.
17.    Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
