We are currently looking to expand our team and develop Ardon team members in all areas of core business functions.

We are looking for an IT Manager.  This position manages and coordinates Information Technology functions in support of Ardon Health providing leadership and direction to IT shared services staff. Manages vendor relationships for all technology vendors utilized by Ardon Health.

Primary Functions:
1.    Provides management supervision and guidance to direct report staff including Business Systems Analyst and Data analyst.
2.    Leads and coordinates all aspects of Information Technology activities across the Moda IT organization in support of Ardon Health working with the specific IT unit management and staff.  This includes Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Development and Business Systems Solutions.  
3.    Manages the training, motivation and development of the staff to obtain maximum efficiency of skills and resources. 
4.    Personnel administration including timekeeping, performance appraisals, interviewing, hiring, coaching, counseling and mentoring. 
5.    Acts as project manager for Ardon Health projects including workplan creation, task tracking, and issue and risk management; along with implementation management.  
6.    Performs all IT vendor management duties in support of Ardon Health including delivery and performance monitoring. 
7.    Coordinates and actively participates in all stages of project development including research, analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation.
8.    Coordinates business analysts in business analysis, business process definition and documentation, functional specification development, testing and implementation. 
9.    Coordinates business analysts in supporting the production systems in troubleshooting and problem resolution that may result in process change and/or system enhancement. 
10.    Ensures that IT industry practices, processes and policies are maintained and followed. 
11.    Performs risk evaluation and risk mitigation processes
12.    Ensure communications with Ardon Health and Moda IT management of project status, issues and concerns along with resolution options.
13.    Assist in leading strategic planning as it relates to technology and digital solutions.
14.    Develop information systems strategies with business users, define business objectives, and identify cost/benefit impact to the company of proposed projects.
15.    Evaluate business objectives that require new systems or enhancements to existing systems. Provide the necessary supporting documentation for the Business Operations areas to evaluate, prioritize and determine the cost effectiveness of information technology initiatives. 
16.    Performs other duties as assigned.
