Qualifications:

• CDL Class A or Class B License with passenger endorsement
• 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience/ air brake endorsement
• Minimum 2 year verified CDL driving experience within the past 3 years
• No Accident within 3 years
• Able to travel long period of time
• Complete DOT Compliant Driver Qualification file to include:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid medical card
  • 10 year work history
• Annual driver record review, including Certificate of Violations and MVR review-  H6
• BYD drivers may not exceed any combination of 2 moving violations or preventable accidents on their Motor Vehicle Record in the past 36 months
• DOT compliant random drug testing program
• Pre-employment drug test screening for all drivers/employees
• Post-accident/injury drug testing for all accidents
• Reasonable suspicion drug test
• Prior employer inquiries for the prior 3 years
• No DUI/DWI past 5 years
• Any record of the following offenses in the past 5 years disqualifies driver for employment:
  • Leaving the scene of an accident
  • Hit & Run/fleeing from an officer
  • Vehicular assault or homicide
  • Use of motor vehicle in the commission of a crime
  • Reckless driving
