Inside Sales Professional 

As an Entry Level Inside Sales Freight Broker, you will work in a fast-paced environment coordinating customer freight with available carrier equipment, negotiate rates, establish long-lasting relationships.

What will you do?

• Provide and negotiate freight rates to Van and Flatbed Truckload carriers and work with our Customer Sales team to ensure maximum profitability
• Research available carrier equipment and match it with our customers’ freight
• Establish and maintain a personal book of your own network of carriers
• Procurement of new carriers based on volume and lane density
• Communicate effectively with motor carriers and Customer Sales Representatives;
• Strong grasp and market knowledge of shipping lanes, geography, and seasonality
