Responsibility:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Assist project manager to Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Assist project manager to Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate tools and techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualification:
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Decision making, Leadership, thoroughness and always with customer/client focus
- bachelor degree required, engineering background preferred
- 1 year work experience required, 3+ years preferred
- MS Office software experience required, Excel project preferred
