French Connection Staffing is recruiting a Bilingual French/English Speaker Data Analyst Specialist to work in the HR Dpt. on behalf of a client. Our client is a globally know brand listed on the Paris Stock Exchange with its headquarters in France, office in Connecticut and all around the globe.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Technical analytical support to the global Human Resources Team
• Providing reporting and data is accuracy
• Collect and consolidate data from other international offices
• Partner with IT to develop HR KPI tools to ensure necessary KPIs and Headcounts
• Share monthly audits to data providers

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Human Resources
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in an international settings
• Bilingual French required
• Exposure and experience working with HR required
• Advanced Excel and Powerpoint Skills
• Power BI, Publisher and Oracle Taleo systems required
• Effective communication skills - ability to speak and explain data results and concepts
• Advanced analytical skills
