Success in this role will be determined by your industry knowledge, technical expertise and your ability to mentor and inspire the junior engineers across the customer’s engineering teams.

Candidates for this role will be expected to provide mentorship, inspiration, and leadership across the technical organization.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and develop technology IBM WEBSPHERE projects by working with teams (local and remote resources) and external technology resources (Business Divisions, Partners and Customers).
• Lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural globally distributed teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• MS degree from an accredited institution in Computer Sciences or similar
• 3-5 years of consulting experiences.
• Excellent knowledge of IBM WEBSPHERE

Requirements for the position:

• IBM WEBSPHERE Certification
• Ability to perform the installation, configuration and day-to-day tasks associated with ensuring the smooth, reliable, and efficient operation of an IBM among those:
  • experience in deploying and configuring the environment;
  • experience in updating the product;
  • experience in monitoring and analyzing logs;
  • experience in opening and managing service requests;
  • experience in managing incident / change tickets;
  •
