Career Evolutions is searching for an Instructional Designer for a fast-growing healthcare company in the Phoenix-metro area. Direct-Hire, Full-Time opportunity with compensation up to $60K/Annual.

SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for designing, developing, providing, and maintaining high quality and cost-effective training solutions that align with business strategies and lead to performance improvement. This position will work with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) within the company to develop course content and learning elements.
Responsibilities:
Planning, implementing, and delivering of companies construction/maintenance related training programs, programs, and operational procedures.
You will create new methods to train the field partners utilizing tools like video, interactive PDFs, and gamification
Maintains processes to ensure adherence to the instructional design process that produce effective, quality training materials in an effective manner.
Monitors assigned course work for timely completion and modifies/updates curriculum based on changing business in
Tracks, measures and reports on training effectiveness and gaps that need to be addressed
Qualifications:
BS in Business, Commutations, Construction or Related Experience
5+ years of experience in developing and delivering training solutions and previous experience using technology to deliver training
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, In-Line, Captivate, Articulate or other Design Software
Experience translating storyboards to interactive learning solutions in a timely manner.
Created a Training modules from Start-to-Finish
Excellent written and verbal skills; strong presentation skills and ability to manage multiple projects and effectively meet deadlines
Travel required for up to 35% of time
