Manager of CRM/ Salesforce Reporting & Analytics
- Using Salesforce’s functionality (and other necessary tools), collect, summarize and analyze CMR data to build and provide reports / dashboards that are meaningful to driving the business
- Consult with functional stakeholders to identify short- and long-term problems and challenges that data and analysis can help solution
- Create and generate relevant reports and analysis for various user groups in our organization
- Create Salesforce measurement strategies and roadmaps by working collaboratively with functional heads to meet business objectives
- Clearly define analytic project deliverables, timelines and dependencies across multiple, cross-functional partners
Training requirements
- Deep knowledge of building dashboards, scorecards and identifying KPI’s
Knowledge and skills
- Demonstrated and proven track record of leveraging analytics and data to drive measurable, significant business impacts
- Solid understanding of the principles of data management and business process workflow
Technical Skills
- Expert level ability to use Excel with programming skills plus advance skills in data visualization like Tableau or Spotfire
Job experience
- Minimum 7 years analytic experience leveraging CRM/Salesforce platform data (Salesforce)
