CLIENT PARTNER PROFILE & VALUE PROPOSITION: We are partnered with a dynamic company in their search for a Staff Accountant  to join their expanding team.

POSITION: Staff Accountant

POSITION DUTIES: 

• Manage all aspects of property accounting 
• Bank account reconciliations on all accounts.
• Perform CAM reconciliations, prepare and post journal entries, as well as, perform income statement analysis.
• Assist with semi-annual internal audit functions 
• Liaises with external auditors during on-site audits.
• Preparation of Financial Statements and Reports

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

• Knowledge of Yardi software highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 2-4 years of Real Estate Experience
• Experience with G/L Accounting and GAAP 
• Problem solver that can think quick on their feet
• Developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be organized, thorough and very good with MS Office,
