Position Summary: Act as the point of contact for computer database related duties to include data entry and collection. Manage front desk responsibilities, including switchboard coordination and paperwork.

Technical/Functional Expectations:

  1. Customer Service Liaison: Acts as the customer service liaison for agency calls and visitors.
  2. Data Management: Enters daily data in multiple database systems. Assists and provides internal controls in order to authenticate data integrity.
  3. Front Desk Reception Duties: Perform required duties of the front desk reception including greeting guests and answering incoming calls.
  4. Switchboard Operation: Answer calls on switchboard in order to make proper connections to requested personnel or provide routine information to callers.
  5. Meeting Attendance: Attends staff meetings, in-service training and other meetings or conferences as necessary in order to share and gather information.
  6. Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation as required.
  7. Other duties as required: Job performance requires fulfilling other incidental or related duties as assigned, assisting and training others, and performing duties of higher rated positions from time to time for developmental purposes.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma required.
  2. AA/AS - Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
  3. 1 to 2 years related experience required.
  4. Prior experience in administrative office duties preferred.
