You will be providing support for Executives across all levels in an Internal facing role. The perfect candidate will have experience troubleshooting Office 365, Mac OS and have advanced knowledge of supporting/troubleshooting Audio Visual Technology and Polycom Technology. The candidate will be talking with Executives daily, therefore you need to have exceptional Customer Service skills.
Responsibilities:
Creating a positive customer support experience with a consummately professional attitude
You will be providing support on all Audio Visual (Video Conferencing) and Polycoms (Teleconferencing)
Addresses and resolves basic incidents and requests; logs all incidents and requests; engages other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility
Evaluate and resolves incidents and requests regarding use of application software or hardware. Logs and tracks incidents and requests from identification through resolution.
Upholds and protects confidentiality with regard to all aspects of customer care and employee information
Works with other members of the IT department on projects and initiatives as needed
Researches and identifies bugs within the software and reports to the development teams
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or other equivalent education
5+ years’ experience in a Help Desk/Desktop support role
Excellent Customer Service experience is Required
Video Conferencing Experience (Setup, Support, Troubleshoot) Required
Teleconferencing Experience (Polycoms) Required
Strong hands on Mac experience (Plus)
Any Certifications is a (Plus)
Establish strong analytical and problem-solving skills
