Career Evolutions is searching for a Customer Success Executive for a fast-growing tech company in Phoenix metro area, AZ. It’s full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a compensation package up to $200,000 (Salary + Bonus + Equity).

You have already lead the building-out a Customer Success organizations in a rapidly scaling tech startup environments. You are responsible in ensuring the satisfaction of customers and partners throughout the entire sales process. You are customer centric and always look to improve the customer experience through the creation and execution of process, automation and tooling. You are highly collaborative across markets and the leadership team and a builder of high-performing teams.
You know the products and customers and own all customer-facing customer experience roles and teams across all markets. You will lead a high-performing and rapidly growing team of 100+ Customer Success members that will have grown 50% by year end.
As a result, you excel at developing and implementing a consistent, repeatable and scalable customer experience through playbooks, scripts, processes, coaching, etc. You will build a sales team within Customer Success to own all sales-related customer escalations. You understand shifting needs and goals and proactively seek out ways to align and execute around these. You are responsible for monthly targets and goals by market and timely reporting with a deep understanding of outputs and key drivers to the Customer Success function.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor Degree required, Master’s degree a plus
9+ years of proven customer success leadership with demonstrated ability to scale a high-performing customer success organization
Experience developing and implementing scalable customer success processes and systems
Proven track record of holding team to high expectations, exceeding SLA targets, driving organizational change and strong coaching abilities in a high-growth environment
Quantitative and data-driven; able to draw insights from data, make decisions with imperfect data
Strong organizational, problem solving abilities, presentation, and analytical skills
Creative and a history of thinking “outside the box” to solve complicated / multi-faceted problems
Highly motivated, self-directed, results oriented, able to work and inspire cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel 25-50%
