Career Evolutions is searching for a Social Media Specialist for a fast-growing health & wellness company in the Phoenix-metro area. It's a full-time contract role paying up to $23 per hour.

You will develop, measure, analyze and optimize online marketing programs to achieve marketing goals. You will collaborate with the marketing, creative and retail teams to build and deploy highly effective social / online marketing programs to support brand themes and objectives, ensure consistency in brand voice, and cultivate a social media referral network. You will participate in identifying, developing and implementing awareness and be a positive social media community manager driving acquisition and retention campaigns via digital channels to directly impact critical business metrics.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Monitor brand via outlets such as search engines, blogs, and social communities
Manage all incoming change / submission requests from the branches for their sites and email blasts, ensuring brand alignment across the network
Perform analysis of content engagement across platforms, provide guidance for future content decisions and development
Work closely with media agency responsible for creating content
Work with external agency partners and internal collaborators as a project manager
Develop content for the website and email campaigns and build a six month rolling content calendar
Research and find weaknesses in current digital processes, developing new initiatives and projects
Participate in the ongoing development of website and email programs
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing is preferred
Experience managing a digital voice for a national organization and driving a clear message across all platforms
Proven track record build incremental following on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Blog, and other platforms
Prior experience working with digital agencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
