CLIENT PARTNER PROFILE & VALUE PROPOSITION:  We have an immediate need for a Part-Time AP Representative with overall office experience, for a great company in Costa Mesa! Perfect for the very experienced AP Professional, open to a great culture and relaxed office environment.

TITLE:  Accounts Payable- Part Time (4- 4-5 Hours a day, M-F)(Or 3-6 hour days, Monday being a required day)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Invoice Review for appropriate documentation and approval
• Invoice matching
• Assist with the Audit Process
• Work with vendors to resolve discrepancies and reconcile statements
• Develop a strong relationship with the operations group, assigned vendors and other internal departments in order to assist with projects as needed 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 2+ years of AP Experience
• Bachelor Degree or some college courses a plus but not required
• Strong Organizational and time management skills
• Must be proficient in SAGE 100, Outlook and Excel
• Excellent Communication Skills, and a professional demeanor
