Equipment Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Ensure all machine in the facility preventive maintenance on time, to keep production on going.
• Solve the problem when machine malfunctions, following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications;
• Adjust the machine to meet new type of products
• Training employee how to use it with safety
• Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and request.
• Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions,
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• 3D software ( Pro-E, solidworks ) 2D software (auto CAD),

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

TRAVEL

Occasional travel as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Mechanical engineering and automation bachelor degree. Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to manage project timelines.
