Career Evolutions is searching for a Channel Marketing Manager for a fast-growing tech company in Phoenix-metro area, AZ.It's an excellent full-time direct-hire career opportunity with a compensation up to $75,000 + Benefits.

You will own the channel marketing and the product management of a product category and work effectively the sales and marketing team as well as channel partners to aggressively grow in the market.
You will be responsible for driving product initiatives from inception to successful delivery and market adoption, including Customer Loyalty Programs. You enjoy managing the product life cycle from planning to the execution of tactical activities. Also, you will gather, define and document market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by visits to customers and non-customers. Perform competitive analysis, write product requirement documents and prioritize features.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members within the organization to increase customer acquisition, engagement, market reach and lifetime value of products. Work with development and other departments to define and execute on product plans through roll-out and ongoing product maintenance. Participate in the running of beta and pilot programs with early-stage features and products. Work with business development to analyze potential partner relationships for the product. And, communicate development status and document progress toward milestones.
You will likely possess a unique blend of having worked in a big organization as well as in a smaller tech startup environment giving you insights of how the retail industry works. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
2+ years of Channel Marketing or Product Management experience
Prior experience working in a fast growth start-up tech environment
Hands-on experience with POS systemS / Retail / Merchants / Payment Solutions
Prior experience managing the product life cycle (inception, launch, end-of-life)
Prior experience putting together and executing product plans
Data driven analytical mindset with excellent spreadsheet experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
