What You Will Do

Overall technical lead of an engineering and development team. Performs a variety of systems engineering tasks that are broad in nature and may consist of; analyzing system requirements, requirements decomposition and allocation of functions, and leading design and development activities and reviews for complex systems. Guides users in formulating requirements, advises on alternative approaches, conducts feasibility studies, and develops Concept of Operations. Recommends interfacing and data format standards. Performs or leads team to perform integration; testing; and system deployment, to include personnel, hardware, software, budgetary, and support facilities and equipment. Develops SOP's and end-to-end component and data flow diagrams. Produces systems engineering and architecture products in accordance with policies and standards.

Who You Are

Systems Engineer with technical expertise in the areas of software development, systems engineering, system integration, computer architecture component definition, or technology insertion for complex hardware/software systems.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

• General knowledge of Cyber data.
• Can define Signature indicator/Selector, Cyber Capability, name some Cyber Events, etc.,
• Experience with data modeling, experience with Microsoft suite of tools: Excel and Visio.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail.
• Will be required to have multiple threads of work going concurrently while waiting on answers. Some amount of the work will be curation activities. This could involve sorting and pivoting data to find anomalies.
• May need to build csv sheets that will be used to merge data, accuracy will be important
