CLIENT PARTNER PROFILE & VALUE PROPOSITION:  We have an immediate need for an AP Specialist for a growing and dynamic company in North Orange County!

TITLE: Accounts Payable Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Invoice Review for appropriate documentation and approval
• 3 Way matching, up to 100 plus line items
• Audit and process Credit Card bills
• Maintain 1099's
• Work with vendors to resolve discrepancies and reconcile statements
• Assist with the Month End Closing 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 4+ years of AP Experience
• Bachelor Degree or some college courses preferred but not required
• Strong Organizational and time management skills
• Thorough knowledge of AP and General Ledger systems and procedures
• Excellent Communication Skills, and a professional demeanor 
• JD Edwards Experience prefferred but not required
