Our client is building a best-in-class digital customer experience across its entire brand portfolio and is looking for a product manager with strong business skills and technical knowledge to drive their evolving eCommerce offerings. This role will manage the maintenance and improvements for both front-end and back-end applications of digital properties and guide cross-departmental efforts with stakeholders and partners. He or she will be a key member of our rapidly evolving eCommerce team. Responsibilities—such as building a product roadmap, leading a cross-functional team, managing external partners, implementing functionality, integrating software and refining user experiences with a/b testing—will stretch over the enterprise, which has a global footprint of multiple brands.
The right candidate will have a passion for web development, conversion optimization and data-driven management. He or she will have a proven ability to manage development environments, release cycles and quality assurance, and preferably, have 5+ years of experience of Agile project management at an eCommerce retailer with industry scale. This person will have six areas of responsibility.

Product Management
· Manage planning, coordinating and delivering end-to-end requirements for customer-facing products and platform integrations, including custom e-commerce modules and Magento APIs
· Oversee product roadmaps, development sprints, backlog grooming and status meetings
· Supervise a cross-functional group of designers, developers, QAs, web producers and data analysts, all of which could be both internal and external.
· Be a driving force in continuing to build and maintain our cohesive, high functioning, cross-departmental eCommerce team
Back-End Operations
· Develop and coordinate eCommerce functionality, launches and enhancements.
· Prioritize and manage projects to timelines, budget and team resources.
· Integrate back-end solutions for devices, checkouts, payments, sign-in, fulfillment, accounting, order processing and data transfers with our internal teams
Data Analytics
· Oversee data analytics implementation—including partner tagging—and Google Analytics reporting
· Manage conversion rate optimizations and a/b and multi-variate testing design and execution
· Identify opportunities for improvements of product performance and delivery models by analyzing analytics and productivity data
Front-End Production
· Coordinate front-end efforts with brand marketers, such as store content, custom landing pages and URLs, analytics tagging, curated assortments, creative assets and promo code production
· Work with partners and marketers to set up new products, cross-sell/upsell, and promote subscriptions
Performance Reporting
· Provide visibility and transparency through automated site reporting for senior management
· Track costs centers and analyze resource requirements across projects to meet business goals
New Technologies
· Recommend new product innovations through hypothesis testing and staying plugged into ecosystem advancements and industry trends
· Collaborate cross-departmentally and with agency partners on requirements to design and implement new technologies
· Oversee all phases of development, including prototyping, dev, UAT, production and QA for all new user experiences
Required Skills
· 5+ years of experience in delivering eCommerce products
· Knowledge of IT processes, such as Architecture, Dev, Support, Ops and code release life-cycle
· Expertise with Agile Management methodologies (such as Scrum) and solutions / tools (such as Jira)
· Demonstrated use of hard data and metrics to support assumptions and develop business cases
· Experience leading cross-departmental projects
· Ability to lead by example and roll up sleeves to execute tactical work if necessary
· Positive attitude with an ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization
· Ability to communicate / present complex technical information in a clear manner to non-technical audiences
· P&L management experience preferred
· Excellent prioritization and organization skills
· Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
