Project Manager

The experienced Project Manager will manage the installation and configuration of foodservice technology solutions.  This position will have responsibility for managing multiple, overlapping projects from kick off through go live, coordinating all Customer resources and tasks, ensuring each project is delivered with high quality and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed product knowledge of the product suite
• Employ a consistent, documented implementation methodology for each type of project
• Act as technical and product expert for your projects (must have a strong IT background)
• Enforce completion of all steps from kick off to close, including pre-trip reports, post-trip reports, updated weekly work plans, checklists, etc.
• Ensure software and menus are properly Quality Assured prior to shipping
• Develop and manage change orders as required
• Implement customer sign-offs at critical milestones (e.g. before booking travel)
• Provide complete visibility into each project for other departments
• Establish and manage an implementation calendar 6-8 weeks out
• Coordinate all dependencies with departments and Customers to eliminate last minute trip cancellations
• Develop strong working relationships with customers
• Professionally represent at all times
• Other responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years of technical implementation experience
