Career Evolutions is searching for a Project Planner for a fast growing software company in the Phoenix-metro. This is a Full-time, Direct-Hire opportunity with salary up to $90K, DOE + Benefits.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain multiple dependent projects in Microsoft Project Online.
Improve project outcomes by accurately tracking and reporting on current projects.
Assist in scheduling future projects.
Collaboratively monitor all aspects of current projects.
Communicate with senior management on project status and provide project reporting.
Work in a collaborative manner to design and apply streamlined project management tools and processes across the internal organization to obtain optimal efficiency and ensure alignment with the organization’s project management standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management or related experience
Minimum 5+ years experience in the software development industry with a minimum of 2 years hands-on, direct work experience as a software development Project Manager.
Ability to understand and gather complex business requirements, map out technical solutions, and help develop and manage to defined timelines.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project Online as well as the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent organizational skills and proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills, working with both internal and external clients.
