Sales Associate

**Job Announcement**

The Roush Group, an established financial investment firm in the heart of downtown Fresno, CA is currently searching for enthusiastic Sales Associates to join its dynamic team. This position will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a system for ongoing client data, reviewing and scheduling appointments;     
• Assessing client needs and advising them on the best service options;
• Proactively marketing and acting on cross-sell opportunities for each client;
• Cultivating prospects for senior advisors through cold and warm calling, mass mailings, in-person meetings and networking;
• Providing accurate quotes, presentations and completing the sale of a customized plan;
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals;                                                                          
• Creating financial planning reports and/or other written reports and presentations;
• Providing other administrative support as needed to the Business Development Officer, Advisors and Client Relationship Managers.         

The ideal candidate will have:

• Two (2) years’ experience in a related capacity and field;
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Demonstrated responsibility, self-motivation, and ability to take initiative;
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups, both internally and externally
• Ability to be organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadline pressure;
• Proficiency in the use of personal computers including MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook; and
