Career Evolutions is searching for a Project Manager (Web Development) for a fast-growing media company in Phoenix, Arizona. It's a direct Hire, full-time career opportunity with a compensation up to $85,000 + Bonus and Benefits.

You will be responsible for leading the onboarding of new client web services projects, and manage the scope, budget and timeline for projects. You are often the lead day-to-day subject matter expert for the web services team, providing strategic recommendations and analysis as well as responding to various requests. And you are also a key resource for training and supporting the fulfillment, sales, and the management teams.
Your Responsibilities:
Establish web project scope by discovering and validating business technical requirements and parameters; obtaining input from SME’s; examining and recommending changes to current business practices; developing and writing proposals
Architect solutions for client projects, including functional requirement analysis, testing and launch
Oversee the work of developers and designers, review code, testing and the delivery of quality websites
Lead the technical development, maintenance and web operations for the services team
Work closely with technical team to deploy the websites using standard deployment process
Evaluate emerging web technologies for quality, maintainability, and performance
Work with members of the account management and fulfillment teams to ensure client’s satisfaction
Communicate project status, manage risks, and maintain development schedule for services team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Strong experience managing multiple website projects in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
2+ years’ experience in web project management, website management
2+ years‘ experience using such CMS platforms as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
3+ years’ experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, FTP
Hands-on experience with responsive site development, website server technologies, and hosting platforms
