JOB OVERVIEW

Performs skilled work involving traditional and digital marketing tactics in a credit union setting.

POSITION DUTIES

• Demonstrate a professional appearance and personality at all times.
• Care about providing outstanding service to our members!
• Be comfortable handling large sums of cash.
• Must maintain a high level of accuracy and privacy in dealing with members.
• Answering telephones, returning voicemails, responding to member emails, greeting members, filing, member transactions, and other clerical duties.
• Creates and edits signs, promotional materials, collateral and digital assets as needed.
• Provide promotional materials for district representatives including flyers, banners, etc.
• Executes social media initiatives.
• Participates in the planning & executes new marketing initiatives and provides testing support.
• Facilitates graphic design and utilizes artistic capabilities in marketing tactics.
• Support with initiating web design efforts, HTML knowledge preferred.
• Travel up to 25% of working hours to local districts to ensure efficiency of marketing tactics and provide marketing assistance to district representatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

AA degree in Marketing, Web/Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.

At least 1 year of marketing experience with either traditional or digital marketing; OR

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-related competencies noted below; and

Possession of a valid Driver's License; and

Preferred experience working in a credit union or financial institution.
