CLIENT PARTNER PROFILE & VALUE PROPOSITION: LEAPROS has partnered with a dynamic company in Southern California experiencing rapid growth seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a consulting basis. 

 

POSITION TITLE:  Talent Acquisition Specialist 

 

POSITION SUMMARY: 

LEAPROS Talent Acquisition Specialist is a client employment brand ambassador and consultative partner with significant hands-on contribution throughout RPO recruiting, client service, and RPO workflow process. A successful candidate will have strong experience working on a remote or on-site basis adhering to strict performance metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for high-volume recruiting initiatives at the exempt and non-exempt level. A Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be an out of the box thinker consistently focused on overcoming and managing challenges to achieve desired results with established time frames.  

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate Generation/Source Collaboration:
•    Ability to develop, support, and cultivate effective working relationships with all levels of the RPO team and client partners.
•    Experience working with applicant tracking systems 
•    Professional presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must to accurately and professionally communicate with RPO team, client partners, and candidates.
•    Good critical thinking capabilities; to cover come scheduling and/or bottle necks in the RPO candidate management process. 
•    Must be able to meet tight deadlines and handle competing priorities 
•    Provide timely updates on position status to Hiring Managers, agencies, and job candidates; 
•    Schedule interviews and partner with the client On-boarding team to facilitate and/or assist to conduct background checks, and properly set up new hire information in a manual process or for various systems.
•    Track and report all recruitment and hiring activity in a manual process or Applicant Tracking System. 


 Candidates Engagement & Assessment:
•    Manage the interview process between client partner and candidates. 
•    Work closely with the entire RPO team to ensure client partner needs are being met.


Ambassador Service Excellence:
•    Consistently promote and maintain a positive client partner and candidate experience. 
•    Act as champion and extension of the client employment brand accurately communicating and promoting the values and mission of the client partner.


Service Excellence:
•    Ensure the successful coordination of interview schedules, communication interview agenda, and provide comprehensive support to client partner and candidates. 
•    Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities.
•    Proactively and regularly communicates RPO team.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 


Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field is desirable. Equivalent experience may be considered.
•    Minimum of five or more years results-oriented recruiting experience working in an in-house, RPO or agency setting.
•    Established remote office (is desirable)  


Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
•    Ability to navigate the required ATS appropriately. 
•    Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies.
•    Adhere to documentation and processes for compliance.
•    Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques.
