What You Will Do

Perform Enterprise Management Tools Administration of the tools used to monitor and manage our enterprise networks.  These tools include: MicroFocus Network Node Manager (NNM), Operations Manager (OM), Operations Agent (OA), SiteScope (SIS), Reporter, Network Automation (NA) and Cloud Optimizer (CO), InMon Traffic Sentinel, and BMC Configuration Automation for Networks.  This work includes the duties associated with monitoring the health of the tools, troubleshooting tools problems, adjusting thresholds, making required configuration changes, adding or deleting nodes/accounts/profiles, and monitoring tables/events/logs/maps.

You will with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

Who You Are

You are a System Engineer or Software Engineer that provide technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of specific components of complex hardware/software systems.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

• Twenty (20) years of experience as an SE or SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Strong experience in networking engineering, support, or administration is required (4 years)
• Experience in administering and developing Microfocus/HP enterprise monitoring tools is required.
• Experience in administering COTS monitoring tools is required.

Availability/ Shift/Duration:

Mon-Fri 8-hour shifts times are negotiable between 6am - 6pm Monday - Friday.  Call-in and after-hours support, as needed.
