What You Will Do

Provide system level support, to include configure, integrate, test, install, operate, troubleshoot, maintain and repair for Plain Old Telephone Systems (POTS) voicemail and telephone units; Provision, configure, integrate, test, install, operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair (system level) enterprise VOIP phone systems including VOIP phone units, voicemail, and the Call Manager System; Provision, configure, integrate, test, install, operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair (system level) Video Teleconferencing Equipment (Currently Cisco Telepresence devices); Assist in the preparation of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages; Develop hardware installation schedules. Mobilizes installation team; Direct and leads preparation of drawings documenting configuration changes at each site; Prepare site installation and test reports; Coordinate post installation operations and maintenance support.

Who You Are

A Hardware Technician that provides Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote supports for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

High School/GED with seven (7) years of experience. Equivalent education and experience: Associate’s degree and five (5) years of experience.
