Day to Day:

• Develop software tools on a “as needed” basis to address requirements
• Design and apply troubleshooting strategies as well as responsible for leading escalations and overall troubleshooting efforts
• Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Maintain complex software systems
• Develop software and hardware specifications based on Architectural standards and Business Requirements
• Assess and analyze functionality and limitations of related hardware and software products
• Communicate with appropriate vendors to request service of malfunctions
• Research existing programs and research/approve refinements, improvements and enhancements to ensure efficient and appropriate methods are used
• Analyze, Enhance, and Maintain Technical Documentation for making systems operational and efficient
• Provide responsive analysis and resolution feedback regarding availability and performance
• Work with Project Management personnel to establish efforts for project delivery and specific client deliverables

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in .NET, MS SQL, C#, VB.NET, and Client/Server technologies
• Experience in a highly available 24X7 operations environment
• Experience parsing and scripting within Powershell, Perl, VBScript, etc…
• Extensive experience with Enterprise Microsoft Windows Opertaing Systems
• Understanding of full SDLC- Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, and moving to Production
• Although this is a Windows based environment, our client would like someone in this role to possess Windows and Linux experience
