Career Evolutions is searching for a Customer Success Manager for a fast-growing tech company in Scottsdale, AZ. It’s a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a first year compensation potential up to $80,000 + Benefits

You are experienced, energetic, and eager to join our client’s fast-paced Customer Success Team. You are inspired by the feedback from customers every day and find it motivating while leading our client’s passionate Customer Success Team to produce a world class customer experience.

You are responsible for customer success organization and the onboarding of customers to help them set up for success and also enabling existing customers to deepen the relationship and increase the value they get from our client’s service. You will enable customers to realize their objectives through the use of the platform. You will intuitively understand the customers’ needs and proactively help identify ways to deliver first rate partner and customer satisfaction by meeting/exceeding all operational and satisfaction targets. And you will work with account and sales teams to manage escalations and ready the customer success team for new products and services.

You will continue build out best practices for new customer onboarding and customer growth / upsell / renewal to ensure ongoing customer success. Communicate directly with customers to answer questions and address issues through email, live chat, and other channels. And, educate users on how to use the products based on their specific needs. You will also maximize customer retention metrics and track and identify the probability of customer renewal and expansion for each customer. And hire, train, mentor, and manage the customer success team to meet business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience working customer-facing roles in a customer success environment
  • 4+ years hands-on experience working in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Prior experience building and improving on existing Customer Success processes
  • Strong teamwork background, self-motivated, and driven with great time management skills
  • Quick learner and can work effectively in a startup environment
  • Customer success and service in your DNA
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
