What You Will Do

Installing, operating, maintaining, repairing and modifying end user devices such as personal computers, thin-clients, network interface cards, phones, monitors, printers, telephones, printers, pagers, and radios.

Performing a variety of maintenance and technical support on devices, integrated systems and subsystems, and install/configure software at customer and/or field locations. Troubleshooting and solving technical issues related to end user equipment hardware and software. Ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.

With other types of technician as well as with non-technical team members.

Who You Are

A Telephony Field Support Specialist that provide system level support, to include configure, integrate, test, install, operate, troubleshoot, maintain and repair for Plain Old Telephone Systems (POTS) voicemail and telephone units.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

• Minimum education and experience level: High School/GED with seven (7) years of experience. Equivalent education and experience: Associate’s degree and five (5) years of experience.
• Experience with Comdial key systems, Nortel Meridian PBX systems, and Lucent ISDN telephones
