CLIENT PARTNER PROFILE & VALUE PROPOSITION: LEAPROS has partnered with a notable manufacturing and consumer goods company in the Orange County area. Our client is seeking a HRIS/HR professional with demonstrated hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now - systems administration, reporting, end-user support, upgrades, implementation, back-end system management, and with a working knowledge of the HR Generalist function. 

POSITION TITLE: HRIS ANALYST

POSITION SUMMARY: A successful candidate in the role HRIS Analyst is a crucial member of a high performing HR team focused on the effective support of a diverse employee population in the manufacturing industry. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for delivering HRIS expertise specific to ADP Workforce Now including the development of continuous process improvement, problem-solving, root cause analysis, systems administration, act as vendor liaison, provide end-user training, and to ensure HRIS systems are aligned with company initiatives and optimal performance is maintained. Additionally, in close collaboration with the HR team, the HRIS Analyst provides support to HR operations and will make a dual contribution in the support of HR projects, enforcing corporate policies and procedures as they relate to HRIS, talent management systems, HR services, processes, and programs. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead/Manage HRIS Projects & Upgrades - related to critical HR functions such as recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Manage the Performance Management and Merit Increase processes including Halogen performance appraisals, calculate Compensation and Merit Increases as needed 
  • Works closely with the existing HR team in a collaborative and cohesive partnership
  • Consult with assigned business units to resolve challenges and business problems by responding, developing, implementing, and executing proactive solutions including strategic and tactical contributions as needed
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyses to identify challenges
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and mentoring to managers, supervisors, and line staff
  • Support training needs with delivery of a variety of training courses/classes designed to meet identified training requirements - as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exposure to HRIS implementation life-cycle and back-end management experience
  • Strong HRIS systems administration in ADP Workforce Now
  • HRIS systems experience and other HR applications such as performance appraisal systems, ATS implementation, and Ad-hoc reporting
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient usage of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Express interest and willingness to support other aspects of Human Resources as needed 
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member, and interact with all levels of employees and management
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now (highly desirable)


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree related to Human Resources or other applicable fields of study/equivalent professional experience may be considered
  • Exposure and understanding of HR operations including: payroll, benefits, talent management, employee lifecycle, LOA, etc. 
  • Three plus years of applicable experience ADP Workforce Now
    • Report generation
    • Ad-hoc analysis & reporting
    • Heavy system navigation 
  • Demonstrated success supporting client groups in an HRIS specialist or analyst role 
  • Manufacturing background a plus
