Job Description

Our team is looking to add a Sr. Project Manager to a fast-paced collaboration oriented delivery team in Charlotte, NC. This person will act as an Agent of Change. They will need to be ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into every aspect of the project; implementation, planning, execution, control and closing of projects which cross divisional organizational boundaries.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Services.
• At least 2 years of experience with Agile.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manages the development and implementation of new or upgraded products and/or manages the creation and implementation of corporate processes.
• Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgraded products or corporate processes.
• Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
• Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project is on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Provides mentoring and support to other project managers in dealing with project management issues for their assigned projects.
• Demonstrates excellent project management skills.
• Assists less experienced peers.
