DevOps Solutions Architect

Milwaukee, WI

Talent Orchard LLC, a boutique talent acquisition consulting firm, has been retained under contract by a digital solutions and technology services company to hire an experienced DevOps Solutions Architect in Milwaukee, WI. Our client is an information technology services and infrastructure services provider who has global presence in more than 29 locations across the world. This position would be 6 months contract opportunity with high possibility of full time conversion after the contract duration based on the performance.

Skills Requirements:

• Total experience of 15 years, with at least 5 years in DevOps and 8-10 years in software development
• This is Customer facing role and needs prominent level of proficiency in presentation and communication skills
• Ability to communicate at C-Level, with aiding Enterprise adoption of DevOps
• Should have done at least 5 DevOps consulting and 5 implementation assignments, with international clients
• Architecting micro-service platforms, including Kubernetes
• Should have architected CI/CD platforms for .Net and Java stacks
• Salt stack implementation experience
• Experience in implementing Docker on Azure, in Linux environment
• .Net build and deployment processes, including VSTS and TFS 2017
• Ability to integrate automation toolsets
• Expertise in Azure, including Configuration Management and infrastructure as code using Chef/Puppet/Ansible
• Familiarity with a CoE setup is strongly preferred
