**Job Announcement**

 

Regency Investment Advisors is currently searching for an ambitious Client Service Specialist to join its dynamic team. This position will be responsible for assisting the advisors in meeting all client servicing needs while providing exemplary service to clients.

 

Core duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining an effective system for ongoing client review and service appointments;
  • Coordinating client service issues as needed with Administration/Trading;
  • Preparing advisors as they meet with prospects and following up on issues;
  • Performing research and/or special projects related to prospects or existing clients, as needed;
  • Supporting advisors in carrying out their role;
  • Serving as a liaison between advisors and Administration/Trading; and,
  • Providing additional support, as needed.

 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (or related field of study) and minimum three years of administrative experience in a professional environment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook), professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task with a high level of attention to detail. Industry experience desired, but not required.
