Your Role with the Company:

This position will report directly to the Owner/President.  Your primary mission would be to maintain accurate, updated financial records and reporting for the company and advise the owner/president as needed on financial matters.  You’ll be responsible for overseeing AP and directly handing monthly closing processes, bank statement reconciliations, month and year end financial reporting, coordinating annual audit, annual budgeting/forecasting and cash management forecasting by property.  This hands-on role allows you to work with property managers and owner to achieve operational and financial goals.  You’ll also assist the owner with purchase accounting for acquisitions, capital improvement budgeting, and risk management.

Background Profile:

• BS Accounting and 3+ years experience
• Background in real estate accounting
• Exposure to budgeting for apartment buildings helpful
• Proficiency with MS Excel
