HOURS: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
COMPENSATION: $11-$15/HRJob Requirements:
- Demonstrate a professional appearance and personality at all times.
- Care about providing outstanding service to our members!
- Be comfortable handling large sums of cash.
- Must maintain a high level of accuracy and privacy in dealing with members.
- Answering telephones, returning voicemails, responding to member emails, greeting members, filing, and other clerical duties.
- Counsel and educate new and existing members on accounts.
- Providing exceptional customer service to all members and customers.
- Ability to be flexible meaning traveling to other local branches.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Strong computer skills required.
- One or more years of cash handling experience desired.
- A minimum of two years' customer service is preferred.
- Attention to detail and fast-paced experience.
- Ability to work full-time.
- Some local traveling, flexibility required.
