Our client is one of the largest global Tier 1 supplier to the Automotive industry and they are responsible for the largest Autonomous driving project in the car industry. We are collaborating with the client and pulling together an all-star team

Scope of work:

• Setup/Build up “Component Test Bench” together with Sub-suppliers
• Develop and document “Component Test Bench” architecture and design
• Manage “Component Test Bench” projects by comparing of plan (schedule) vs. progress
• Develop and extend “Component Test Bench”, troubleshooting and fix defects based on ALM tickets
• Acquire, develop, understand and document “Component Test Bench” requirements
• Manage and negotiate “Component Test Bench” requirements, change requests and unwritten expectations.
• Specify test cases according to the “Component Test Bench” requirements
• Plan and estimate “Component Test Bench” development
• Review design documents like requirement specifications, test specifications, Architectures, etc.
• Create “Component Test Bench” documentation for user
• Execute tests and review for “Component Test Bench” releases and documentation ensuring that the “Component Test Bench” performs per requirements.
• Support of internal and external customer by delivery, maintenance, troubleshooting and improvements of implemented “Component Test Bench”

Skills:

• Familiar with measurement and automation devices and methods like power supplies, video grabber, scope and multi-meters, flashing, OBD
• Familiar with PC Systems, its interfaces and hardware (like RAID controller, USB controller, Storage devices, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of LabView programming language

Additional know-how:

• Knowledge of ALM tools (prefers PTC Integrity)
• Working knowledge of ADTF based tools
• Capable to lead sub-supplier team and track progress
• Familiar with communication protocols
• Knowledge of product development engineering practices in the automotive field (e.g. Requirements management, Configuration management, Change management, testing and review techniques)
