Career Evolutions is searching for Sales Development Representative (SaaS) professionals for a fast growing international SaaS company located in Burbank (nearby 134 and 101), CA.. It’s a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a first year compensation potential up to $90,000 (Salary + Commissions).

As a Sales Development Representative you will be joining a fast growing sales team with thousands of customers nationally and around the world. Fact is that there are many customers that our client has yet to connect with, so there are many to target. Lots of opportunity!
To start you'll be focused on the 'top of the funnel' where you will assist in building and maintaining a solid sales pipeline to help grow the business. You will also help develop solid client relationships, respond to customer inquiries and questions. There will be some sales development work (qualifying and assigning leads to AE's) and you will also be closing some deals.
As a member of the sales team, you understand how to work in a group and support team sales for maximum customer satisfaction. And, you're excited about your clients and the growth potential as our client is tech startup just getting started. You are comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic startup environment that is still encountering a lot of things for the first time.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
1+ years experience of SaaS sales in a B2B enterprise environment required
Persistent, competitive, and a self-directed problem solver
Strong teamwork background and experience using team sales techniques
Quick study with the ability to learn and apply new information, think on your feet, and problem-solve
High performer with a history of exceeding sales expectations
Metrics driven - you understand that calls and meetings lead to sales and quota attainment
Self-motivated and driven with great time management skills
