Requirements

•             High School Diploma or equivalent

•             Highly proficient with Trimble Robotics, Trimble GPS and VRS, TSC3 with Access software, and all other standard surveying equipment (levels, plumb bob, etc.)

•             A minimum of 3-5 years of experience including boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys, construction staking and data collection required

•             Intermediate level of expertise with all major technical aspects of surveying, surveying techniques and procedures

Experience with autocad software a plus(Autocad Civil 3D or Carlson)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

•             Highly proficient in mathematics and measurements

•             Knowledge of survey ethics and technical standards

•             Highly proficient in construction procedures

•             Experience with land development projects preferred

•             Ability to work well in a team environment

•             Ability to work as a one man crew when needed

•             Ability to read and understand construction documents

•             basic knowledge of basic computer software - excel, word, email, etc.
