Business Systems Analyst

Physician Network Advantage, a leading healthcare support organization is searching for a dynamic Business Systems Analyst to join its team in Fresno, CA on a full-time basis.

This position is responsible for building clinical content for software implementation and optimization, troubleshooting existing systems, and providing ongoing client software support. The Business Systems Analyst will work with clients and internal team members to understand software application, operational workflows, and associated procedures and constraints to support software implementation. Other duties include participating in build testing, addressing client modification requests, and working closely with management to recommend solutions and validate changes.

Requirements:

The qualified candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or related field of study. Prior experience in IT systems a plus, but not required. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; exceptional attention to detail; proven research and troubleshooting skills; basic understanding of relational database structures; ability to work well independently with minimal supervision; and the ability to multi-task and solve problems in a busy and constantly changing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel required.

This position is based in Fresno, CA (no telecommuting). Relocation is NOT included in this job offer.
