Career Evolutions is searching for a Sales Operations Director for a fast growing international SaaS company located off the 134 and 101 in Burbank, CA. Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a first year compensation up to $130,000.

You have likely already been a part of building out a sales operations function from scratch with tech startup and you are an advanced user of Salesforce, likely with a Salesforce Admin Certification, and you thrive in guiding and supporting enterprise sales organizations of highly popular solution used by more than a million users across thousands of national and international companies.
You are energetic, entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, and enjoys working in an enterprise sales organization. As the first member of the Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the sales process and help smooth out the rough edges around the Salesforce implementation.
You will also lead efforts to implement necessary tools and processes to better support the sales process and to prepare for scaled growth. You have hands-on experience using marketing automation systems, i.e. Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, etc. And, you have worked in customer success platforms, i.e. Gainsight, and also used Business Intelligence / Data Analytics tools, i.e. Looker.
In addition, you will support new and ongoing initiatives, i.e. new hire onboarding, management reporting, forecasting, territory assignment, sales asset management, etc. And, you will escalate issues as necessary and help resolve sales-related challenges in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree, or related experience
Advanced knowledge / hands-on experience as a Salesforce Admin with some development experience
You see the value in using CRM as an organization
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, i.e. Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
Hands-on experience with customer success platforms, i.e. Gainsight, etc.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence / Data Analytics, i.e. Looker data analytics, is a huge plus
Strong knowledge / experience using Excel spreadsheets
Knowledge of Sales Processes, KPI’s, etc.
Strong organizational, presentation, and analytical skills
Team player with a sense of humor
Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
