Conexess is a full-service staffing firm offering contract, contract-to hire, and direct placements. We have a wide range of recruiting capabilities extending from help desk technicians to CIOs. We are also capable of offering project based work.

Business Analyst:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Analyst is responsible for determining, at a project level, the high-level requirements for specific applications. This includes analyzing the existing application and meeting with key stakeholders to understand and document general high level requirements.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define business analysis plan (approach):
  • Understand the context, goals, and objectives.
  • Formulate a High Level Requirements document
• Execute business analysis:
  • Business Requirements
  • Functional and Non-functional Requirements
  • Wireframes
  • Identification of inputs and outputs
  • Data entity diagram
  • Logical architecture
  • Data and user flow diagrams
  • Any administrative interfaces
  • Assumptions
  • Risks
• Expert interviews will be required.
• Curate documentation to the Confluence knowledge base.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Ability to quickly understand, solution (reconcile), document, and communicate business and technical considerations.
• Attention to detail.
• Refined writing and communication skills; ability to utilize standard BA tools such as flow diagrams, etc..
• Ability to partner with and facilitate collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office stack.
• Preferred, but not required: Atlassian collaboration stack (Confluence)., Axure + AxureShare.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of experience as business or technical analyst using data and information to drive valuable outcomes.
• Knowledge in digital: front-end technology and foundational understanding of back-end implications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.
