Medical Supply Warehouse

  • Maintains Medical Supply Warehouse
  • Stock rotation 
  •  Ensures proper storage of Medical, Surgical, Pharmaceutical, Cold Chain, and Hazardous materials 
  • Conducts inventory of expendable, non-expendable, and durable assets
  • Ensures proper space utilization
  • Issues supplies to designated end users.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain Stock Levels
  • Establish inventory replenishment points
  • Research Medical, Surgical, Dental, and Pharmaceutical products
  • Order from Prime Vendors as designated

Quality Control

  • Input, maintains and rotates Medical, Surgical, and Pharmaceutical supplies

  • Coordinates turn in with Prime Vendors for Guaranteed Returns Management Program

  • Capture credits for pharmaceuticals
  • Turn in of expired, outdated manufacture dates and recalled Medical, Surgical, and Pharmaceuticals products
  • Pack various Medical and Pharmaceutical Kits.

Receiving

  • Pick up supplies from supply points
  • Process supplies, inventories, and verifies receipts for accuracy
  • Stock incoming supplies for each section: pharmaceutical, medical-surgical, and durable equipment
  • Ensures non-stock supplies are issued to the appropriate user and documented
  • Process receipts and annotates any discrepancies
  • Process and repackage returns
  • Ensures out-shipping and tracking is monitored at all times.
  • Coordinates deliveries.

Budget

  •  Ensures invoices are accurate and processed through accounts payable
  • Notifies management of budgetary adjustments as necessary

Special Orders

  • Research vendor and products
  • Provide justifications: Who, What, When, Where, Why
  • Purchasing when designated

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or seven years’ experience
  • Proficiency in ASAP Inventory System, MS Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Timely response to all communications
  • Of sound character who exercises values daily with the highest moral, legal, and ethical standards

Benefits and Compensation:

VIGILINT operates on principles of fair and just employment practices. We will provide successful candidates with the following benefits:

  • Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000

  • On-site gym; designated exercise time during shifts;

  • Moderately flexible work schedule.
