Forward Advantage, a leading global supplier of healthcare technology solutions, is seeking two experienced and enthusiastic Product Management Consultants to join its dynamic team on a temporary basis. These roles will serve as subject matter experts and be responsible for providing insight and strategic planning for the Product Management department.

The first ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in focused acquisition of market data in support of building business cases, go to market plans, and product strategy for several new product/service categories;
• The ability to guide new product/service development and road map based on product vision and strategy, and track and report on product financial performance. ; and
• Knowledge and insight on best execution methods for taking new products/services to market.

The second ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in managing existing Product Management staff and prioritizing work to achieve corporate goals of optimizing revenue and profit, customer retention, maintaining brand promise, and increasing product relevance in existing and new markets;
• The ability to guide product road map based on product vision and strategy, and track and report on product financial performance

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree and experience in the healthcare market, preferably in the EHR/EMR/HIE segments AND strong software product management experience, preferably with a Pragmatic Marketing background working for/with smaller companies that are privately held; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be highly organized, have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. We are searching for candidates who have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to define business needs.
