Medical Software Trainer

Physician Network Advantage, a leading healthcare support organization is searching for a team member to become a Medical Software Trainer, in Fresno, CA on a full-time basis.

This position is responsible for training physician office employees in, and on-going support of, Epic Ambulatory Electronic Health Records (EHR). We are searching for a candidate who is confident in conducting presentations and facilitating trainings to adults, preferably health care professionals. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and an aptitude to learn medical software systems and effectively train end users.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in healthcare environments as a medical assistant, or as an adult educator or an equivalent combination.
• Must be highly organized, have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to learn software quickly
• Preferred Candidates will have a high level of customer service, familiarity with medical records and/or medical software (EHR) programs.
• Must have strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Must have ability to work well independently with minimal supervision.
