ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• C.A.D.D. work on boundaries
• C.A.D.D. work on topos
• C.A.D.D. work on as-builts
• C.A.D.D. work on subdivision plats and lot jobs
• Reduction of field notes (level loops, traverses)
• Computation and closure of field traverse
• Understanding of boundary surveys and what complies with Standards of Practice and Operational Procedures
• Plotting of Legal Descriptions
• Understanding of Coordinate Geometry for Calculation Purposes
• Write and read legal descriptions

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Some college or C.A.D.D. classes along with experience in land surveying and drafting is required.

REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE:

• Autocad Land Desktop 2008
• Autocad Civil 3D 2014
